The service
SuccessMentors helps people who want guidance (mentees) find people with relevant experience (mentors). We curate and suggest matches; the mentoring relationship itself is between you and your mentor or mentee. SuccessMentors is an early-stage service and features may change, be added, or be removed as it develops.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Acceptable use
Use the platform for genuine mentoring. Do not misrepresent your experience, harass other users, scrape or misuse other members' data, or use the service for recruitment spam, unsolicited selling, or anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Mentors are independent
Mentors are not employees or agents of SuccessMentors. Advice shared in mentoring sessions reflects the mentor's personal experience and judgment — it is guidance, not professional (legal, financial, medical, or psychological) advice. Any payment terms for sessions are agreed between mentee and mentor unless stated otherwise.
No guarantees
We work to suggest relevant matches, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes — admission, employment, funding, or business results. The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, SuccessMentors is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
